Shipping policy

Every figurine is made to order in Bangalore and shipped to addresses across India.

Ships from: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Ships to: Addresses in India only. We do not ship internationally.
Production time: Made and dispatched within 7 days of order confirmation (approved design and completed payment).
Transit time: 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location in India.
Shipping cost: ₹100 per order. Free on orders of ₹4,000 or more, which includes every custom figurine.
Courier: Shipped with trusted third-party courier partners.
Tracking: We share tracking details with you as soon as your order ships.
Express shipping: Need delivery in under 10 days? Message us before you order. Express shipping may be possible for an extra charge, which we quote per order.
Deadlines: All timelines are estimates, not guarantees. If you have a fixed date, confirm it with us in writing before you order.

Once the parcel is handed to the courier, transit is outside our control. Courier delays are not grounds for a refund.
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address are not covered.
Damaged in transit? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and an unboxing video, and we will reprint and reship at no cost.
