Yes. Uploading your photo and seeing AI-generated design previews in the Figurine Studio is completely free. You only pay when you approve a design and place your order.

Of course! If you prefer the old way, you can still message us your photos on WhatsApp and we'll design your figurine for you.

After you approve your design and place the order, your figurine is made and dispatched within 7 days. Typical delivery is a further 2-5 business days depending on your location. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates — if you have a fixed deadline, please confirm it with us in writing before you order.

Upload clear, well-lit photos showing the face(s) from the front. Multiple angles help the AI capture likeness better. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered photos.

Our standard figurines are 13 cm tall. You can choose 15 cm for an additional ₹1,000 or 18 cm for an additional ₹2,000 when ordering.

Absolutely. Request changes in Figurine Studio before approval — revisions are free. You can also add custom text to the base when ordering.

We use premium PLA+ filament, which is durable, eco-friendly, and provides excellent detail. All figurines are hand-painted and finished in-house.

Yes — since your figurine is fully 3D printed in-house, we can only use solid colors (no gradients or photo-like shading). Each figurine is typically limited to up to 5 colors for the cleanest and best-looking finish.

The design preview you approve is what we make. Because each figurine is 3D printed and hand-painted, some things are simplified along the way: fine details like hair and facial texture, clothing patterns turned into solid colours, small pose changes so it stands safely, and visible layer lines on the surface. Printed colours can also look different from your screen.

This is why we let you refine the preview for free as many times as you like — approving a design means you're happy with the likeness. Take your time at that stage. Full details in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Yes, but it depends on the stage. Previews are free and you're charged nothing until you approve a design and pay.

Before printing starts — full refund. We usually begin printing within 24 hours of your order, so message us quickly.
After printing starts, before dispatch — you can still cancel, with a ₹2,000 per figurine production fee deducted.
After dispatch — the order can't be cancelled, since your figurine is made only for you and can't be resold.

We fix it free. If a person or pet is missing, the base text or size is wrong, the outfit colour or pose doesn't match your approved design, or it arrives broken — we reprint and reship at no cost to you.
