What do you need from us to get started?

Just two things: your company logo (any format — PNG, SVG, PDF, even a screenshot works) and a list of employee names. We handle the rest — extracting colors, matching fonts, and designing the plates.

How long does delivery take?

After you approve the design, production takes 3-5 business days. Shipping adds another 2-4 days depending on your location. For urgent orders, let us know and we'll do our best to expedite.

What size are the nameplates?

Our standard desk plates are approximately 20cm x 6cm x 3cm — the perfect size to be visible on a desk without taking up too much space. Custom sizes are available on request.

Can we customize the design beyond logo and name?

Yes! You can choose the shape, add a department name or designation, adjust colors, and more. We'll work with you to get the design exactly right. Since these are 3D printed, we use solid colors (up to 5) for the best finish.

What material are the nameplates made of?

We use premium PLA+ filament, a durable and eco-friendly material. The plates are solid, sturdy, and have a professional matte finish. They won't fade, warp, or break under normal office conditions.

What's the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is 5 nameplates. There's no maximum — we've fulfilled orders of 50+ plates. Volume discounts are available for orders of 50+.

How do we order plates for new employees later?

Simple — just message us on WhatsApp with the new name(s). We save your brand template, so reorders are instant. No re-setup needed, and the same ₹499/plate pricing applies even for single reorders (after first order min 5).

Can you ship to multiple office locations?

Absolutely. Just share the different addresses with the respective names, and we'll ship each batch to the right location. We deliver pan-India.

Do you provide a sample before bulk ordering?

Yes, we can create 1-2 sample plates for you to review before committing to a bulk order. This way you can check the quality, colors, and size in person. Sample pricing applies.

How do we pay?

We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and all major payment methods. For larger corporate orders, we can generate a formal invoice/proforma invoice. GST invoice provided for all orders.
