How long does it take to receive my figurine?

After you approve the 3D render, your figurine ships within 48 hours. Typical delivery is 2-5 business days from shipping depending on your location.

What kind of photos should I send?

Send clear, well-lit photos showing the face(s) from the front. Multiple angles help us capture likeness better. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered photos.

What size are the figurines?

Our standard figurines are approximately 13cm tall. We also offer larger sizes upon request. Contact us for custom sizing options.

Can I request customizations to the design?

Absolutely! Along with the custom text at the base, we can include other design requests too. Contact us to see what’s possible.

What material is used for the figurines?

We use premium PLA+ filament, which is durable, eco-friendly, and provides excellent detail. All figurines are hand-painted and finished in-house.

Are there any limitations to the design?

Yes — since your figurine is fully 3D printed in-house, we can only use solid colors (no gradients or photo-like shading). Each figurine is typically limited to up to 5 colors for the cleanest and best-looking finish.
